I enjoyed exquisite Japanese cuisine in a calm and sophisticated atmosphere. Every dish showcased meticulous craftsmanship, from the perfectly tender eggplant that cut easily with chopsticks yet held its shape, to the fish skin grilled to perfection with an ideal balance of crispiness and flavor, and the chewy clams bursting with umami. Each plate was truly exceptional. Among them, the soft-shelled turtle and white shrimp stood out as my personal favorites. And then came the delightful rice time. I appreciated the system that allowed me to customize my meal by choosing accompaniments like eggs and dashi, depending on my appetite. I was tempted by so many options that I left wishing I had tried the bonito flakes as well! Overall, with the attentive service included, I had a wonderful time that satisfied both my heart and my stomach.
