The ginger accent was absolutely genius. On a hot summer day, this dish warmed my heart and body, leaving me with an indescribable feeling of joy.The oyakodon (chicken and egg rice bowl) was also incredibly tasty, but my absolute favorite was the chicken paitan ramen.I believe it’s the best in Kansai... no, the best in Japan.Moreover, this restaurant offers takeout for their chicken paitan soup, so you can enjoy this flavor at home as well.I wholeheartedly recommend this place.
