It had been a while since my last visit to Eragon.The deliciousness of the dishes really lifted my spirits.The three types of potato salad were fun to taste and absolutely delicious.The low-temperature cooked chicken liver was a must-try with its incredible flavor.The chilled chawanmushi, grilled lotus root, and chicken wrapped in kombu were also very satisfying.Of course, the yakitori was incredibly tasty.The skin was crispy and juicy, leaving a lasting impression.I enjoyed some Japanese sake and wine, and also had the oyakodon and sudachi noodles, leaving me completely full.It was a great meal!
