I made a reservation for 7:00 PM on a weekday. The restaurant has a clean space with three table seats and about four to five counter seats, but since it is run by just two people, the service speed is not particularly fast.*Please be careful not to confuse the intercom on the left side of the entrance, which has the restaurant's name on it, with the door to the residence!*The evening service is by reservation only, and you start with an assorted platter of appetizers (four small dishes).*Approximately JPY 2,000 per person*I ordered the two types of soba: seiro and inaka soba, as well as kake soba. The noodles are about 1.5mm thin and well-crafted; even the inaka soba is thin, which enhances its flavor. Because of this, or perhaps due to the pairing, the seiro is served first, followed by the inaka soba.*The restaurant provides pairing suggestions for the condiments. The combination with purple spicy radish is quite rare, making it a refreshing experience.Personally, I also enjoy having inaka soba with coarse salt.As noted on the menu, the aroma and texture differ when served cold. If you have room in your stomach, I recommend trying both styles for comparison.
