I was fortunate enough to secure a reservation and took a weekday off to visit. While savoring the rice cooked in a pot and sipping on pork miso soup, I enjoyed a course that included tonkatsu. The light batter made it easy to eat, and the flavor of the pork, enhanced by a sprinkle of salt, was exceptional. This was my first experience with such refined fried food.
