I visited a Yakiniku restaurant in Omotesando that I had been curious about.At the end of the course, I was served "Awa Hand-Stretched Somen."The beautiful, clear broth in a perfectly sized bowl left a strong impression.The broth had a gentle flavor with a hint of dashi, and the noodles were slightly soft. Both elements were subtle, providing a pleasant reset for my palate after indulging in such exquisite meat dishes.Adding the accompanying wasabi and tsukudani enhanced the refreshing flavor and balanced saltiness, making it enjoyable until the very last bite.Overall, I was highly satisfied with the entire course and impressed by the thoughtful composition that left no detail overlooked. It was a great meal!
