Three friends gathered to celebrate our individual growth at Maison KEI in Gotemba.Thanks to the impact of the typhoon, we were miraculously able to make a same-day reservation at a place that is usually quite difficult to book. From the unexpected opportunity to visit, it felt like a special night from the very beginning.Every dish was truly delicious and beautifully presented.Among them, the standout was undoubtedly the signature green salad. The flavors and textures of the vegetables layered beautifully, making it feel like a complete dish rather than just a salad. I was genuinely surprised at how much a salad could impress me.Additionally, the pairing with drinks was exceptional. By combining Japanese sake and wine, each dish's impression expanded, allowing us to enjoy the entire course even more.Surrounded by delicious food, we had a wonderful time slowly discussing each other's recent developments and growth.This is a place I want to cherish and visit at least once a year. I hope to return with these three friends again next year.It was a great meal!
