I visited this restaurant twice, both times for lunch on weekdays. It’s well-known for being difficult to get a reservation.During my first visit, the apprentice sushi chef was quiet and focused, and every piece of sushi was delicious.On my second visit, a different apprentice was working, and he was constantly chatting with the customers while preparing the sushi. To be honest, I wished he would concentrate more on making the sushi. Additionally, the amount of drinks varied depending on the customer, which felt unfair.I’m not sure if I’ll return again.
