The broth is prominently featured, and each variety is absolutely delicious. While the meat is also tasty, the way the fish is prepared is truly exceptional. I may have never been so moved by sashimi before.The use of high-quality soft water makes all the flavors smooth and rounded, creating a gentle and comforting experience. It was a very happy time.The hospitality is thorough and makes for a pleasant atmosphere.I feel grateful to be Japanese, as I can easily visit such a wonderful place (at least in terms of time).
