I visited on a weekday at 11:30 AM as a solo diner. There were about five people ahead of me in line.I ordered the coarsely ground morisoba and the hot morisoba.The portion sizes were quite small.I tried the soba on its own, but it didn’t have much flavor.The hot morisoba is meant to be enjoyed with a raw egg and dipping sauce.The sobayu (soba broth) was rich and satisfying.The restroom was impressively clean, like in a hotel.
