This was my first time stepping into Matsusaka, and I made a reservation for 4 PM. The atmosphere was wonderful, resembling a traditional inn, which made me a bit nervous.Since I had booked a course, I left everything in the hands of the staff. While enjoying a bottle of beer, I savored each dish. The main attraction, the sukiyaki, was so delicious it brought a smile to my face, with its sweet and rich fat—it was simply exquisite. I even asked for a second serving of rice! I later found out that I could have had more eggs, which was a bit disappointing, but overall, it was a truly wonderful and luxurious experience! The vegetables were sweet, and everything was delicious, making me feel incredibly happy.
