First visit to Kotan!The owner has a gentle demeanor, which set a nice tone for the experience.Starting with the Yaito Katsuo, everything was of high quality and delicious!Since it was lunch, I didn't have room for more, but I definitely want to come back for dinner next time!It was a wonderful sushi experience that guarantees a repeat visit!
