Today was filled with many firsts! I started with chilled chawanmushi and tried fried dishes for the first time at Sushi Karashima! The sea urchin from Amakusa was as delicious as always, and the nori was so good it made me happy! I also had the pleasure of trying Fukumi's nigori sake for the first time, and it was truly delightful! ✨
