I made a reservation through the OMAKASE website three months ago. It was quite difficult to connect, and within about 10 minutes, all the seats were fully booked. There is a handling fee of JPY 390 per seat.I ordered the special tenderloin set of three, which was around JPY 8000. Despite its thick size, it was surprisingly tender and had a moist texture. With every bite, juicy flavors burst in my mouth, creating a refined and delicate taste. The coating was light and crispy, unlike the typical tonkatsu batter, resembling tempura without any heaviness. To fully enjoy the natural flavor of the meat, I first tasted it plain, and from the second bite onward, I enjoyed it simply with the accompanying salt.Thank you for the wonderful meal! ♡
