Located halfway up the mountain on the way to Ryuo Ski Resort.As soon as I sat down and tasted the water, I found it to be incredibly delicious.Where there is great water, there is great soba.My expectations were rising.The soba had a wonderful texture, and its aroma was delightful as it wafted through my nose.I could taste the same sweetness as the water I drank.Although it’s not officially recognized by the restaurant, I enjoyed the cold soba in a glass meant for drinking water.The fragrance of the soba was even more pronounced, making it sweet and delicious.It was truly some of the best soba I’ve had in a long time.The pizza made with buckwheat flour was crispy and fragrant, so tasty that I could eat it endlessly.I will definitely come back again!
