I quickly made a reservation after deciding to go on a trip to Amakusa. This time, I enjoyed my meal at the counter seat during a weekday lunch. Please note that the parking is located on a small road next to the restaurant, and it’s not in a visible, spacious area from the street.I had a total of 11 dishes. The atmosphere at the counter was initially quite tense, but the staff were friendly and engaged in conversation, explaining the fish throughout the meal, creating a warm and pleasant environment.All the sushi was delicious, and personally, I found the kue (grouper) and iwashi (sardine) to be the best. It goes without saying, but the quality is on a different level compared to the sushi I usually eat.I definitely want to stop by again when I visit Amakusa next time.
