✔︎ What I ordered ✴︎ Japanese-style Simmered Dish The incredibly tender "motsu" is soaked in a gentle yet rich broth, and it’s absolutely delicious!!!! ✴︎ Mino Yubiki The mountain chain tripe has a nice chewy texture, served with a light ponzu sauce, and there’s no unpleasant odor at all—so tasty! ✴︎ Neck Smoked I was recommended this by a regular customer from the neighboring supermarket, who said today’s is really good, so I didn’t hesitate to order it. The meat’s flavor is incredible, and it’s just so delicious ❤️ ✴︎ Call Tan Despite being thickly sliced, it’s moist and tender, making it perfect as a side dish! ✴︎ Tail Stew It was even more tender than I imagined. There are bones, but they come off easily with chopsticks and melt in your mouth. ✴︎ French-style Tail Soup This is honestly so delicious that I’d want to carry it around in a thermos! I was recommended the course menu, but since this was my second stop of the day, I opted for a la carte. I had heard rumors that the special highball could knock people out, so I was a bit nervous, but it was super easy to drink and really tasty! ↑ Easy to drink is the dangerous part! The interior has only counter seating, and usually, there’s a long line, so I had always wanted to try it, but I thought I couldn’t wait for hours, so I had given up. However, on this day, the timing was just perfect, and I miraculously got in without waiting—what a stroke of luck! ✌️ Since waiting in line is quite a hurdle, I don’t know when I’ll be back next, but I definitely want to enjoy the course menu someday. It was a wonderful restaurant!
