We visited with three people.We were seated at the counter.As usual, we were served cold soup and lightly pickled cucumbers, followed by a toast with beer.We enjoyed delicious and fresh meat.The blanched mountain chain tripe came with ponzu sauce and ume paste, and I personally preferred the ume paste.It was a great meal.We also enjoyed the tail stew we took home as a souvenir.
