I visited on a weekday evening. This is my third visit just this month.I’ve become addicted to the flavor of their seiro soba and have been coming almost every week (laughs).I enjoyed the Heartland beer with the appetizers, which included tamagoyaki (Japanese omelet), dried herring, and grilled shrimp marinated in miso, along with the reserved inaka soba served with seiro. The restaurant pays great attention to detail in its interior design and tableware, and of course, the dishes are all outstanding. The seiro soba, in particular, has an irresistible flavor and texture, and I highly recommend it.Last time, I ordered herring soba, but deciding between that and the seiro is part of the fun for me.I paid with PayPay and left the restaurant.I’ll definitely be back!
