The restaurant was fully booked for reservations, but I was able to purchase the mackerel sushi for takeout. The thick mackerel was rich in fat, and the natural umami and flavor of the fish filled my mouth. The seasoning was just perfect, with a nice acidity that beautifully balanced the overall taste. It's wonderful to enjoy sushi of this quality at home. It was a great meal!
