I visited "LATURE," a hidden gem of French cuisine located underground, just a short distance from the hustle and bustle of Shibuya.✨The atmosphere inside is calm and serene, making it perfect for anniversary dates or for those who want to savor their meal alone. The nature-themed ambiance is lovely, and the entire course felt like a story unfolding from start to finish. The first standout was the amuse-bouche, resembling a giant macaron. The light, crispy shell was filled with rich cream. Not only was it visually striking, but the balance of sweetness and aroma was exquisite, pairing surprisingly well with wine. The bread had a crispy, fragrant crust and a chewy, airy interior. The delightful aroma of fermentation and the richness of the accompanying butter were simply the best. I found myself wanting to ask for a second helping. The appetizer featured a delicate fish dish. The beautifully arranged leafy greens and herbs provided a refreshing aroma, and the moment it touched my palate, the umami of the ingredients burst forth. The pâté dish was rich and classic in flavor. The robust essence of game meat combined with the richness of foie gras made it impossible to stop sipping the red wine.Next was the main course, a pie wrapped in flaky pastry. Breaking into the crispy crust revealed ingredients that were bursting with flavor. The depth of the sauce was remarkable, truly deserving of its main course status.✨The perfectly cooked red meat was a sight to behold, tender and juicy, and paired excellently with the rich sauce. The final dessert featured a refreshing combination of citrus and herbs, a light and lingering dish that was a fitting conclusion to the course.Every aspect—food, ambiance, and service—exuded a sense of specialness. I highly recommend this place for a meal with someone important.Located at: 2-2-2 Shibuya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Aoyama Lukabi Building B1FPhone: 03-6450-5297It was a great meal!
