I have visited my favorite restaurant, "Chinese Sai Naramachi Kuko," many times before. I usually go for lunch, but I finally had the chance to experience dinner there for the first time the other night. While I thought I knew the charm of the daytime atmosphere, the evening ambiance was truly exceptional, allowing me to enjoy a luxurious time. This time, I ordered a bottle of wine to pair with the dishes. As always, the modern Chinese cuisine here is completely free of greasiness and has a wonderfully gentle flavor. The natural taste of the ingredients shines through, and the exquisite balance of spices pairs beautifully with the wine I ordered. Each bite was delicious, making both the food and the drinks flow comfortably. The dessert after the meal, along with the lotus tea served with it, was also refined and delightful. The gentle aroma of the lotus tea wrapped around the lingering flavors of the dinner, creating an indescribable sense of happiness. Although I have visited this restaurant many times, enjoying the meal in the relaxed evening atmosphere felt fresh and made me an even bigger fan. It's the perfect place for a quiet night when you want to savor truly delicious food. I definitely plan to return for dinner again in a different season!
