I had confirmed the "12:00 PM start" when making the reservation, but I got lost trying to find the entrance and ended up being two minutes late! Fortunately, the staff was waiting at the bottom of the stairs, and I was able to enter the restaurant without any issues.This visit was for a special occasion, so we opted for the seasonal course.When making the reservation, my companion noted that they had allergies to squid and octopus, so the menus on the table were different from the start. Additionally, the owner or manager came by our table and asked, "We are changing the menu; is that okay?" Although we hadn’t mentioned it during the reservation, my companion then revealed that they also had an allergy to mango. The staff kindly made the necessary adjustments.We enjoyed a variety of delicious dishes that creatively incorporated fermentation.
