I made a reservation to visit this restaurant! I heard it can be quite difficult to get a reservation here.The menu features only the Unagi Rice Bowl for JPY 8,800. Additionally, I was informed that if requested in advance, they also offer Shirayaki (grilled without sauce) and Kimo-yaki (grilled liver).Since I had the chance, I requested both the Unagi Rice Bowl and Shirayaki when making my reservation.The unagi was thoroughly steamed and deboned, resulting in a very soft and fluffy texture. It was finished off on a gas grill, giving it a slightly crispy exterior while remaining incredibly tender. In a good way, it was easy to eat, with a delicate quality to the meat. I personally had never experienced such a texture and flavor before, so I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was!I would love to create another opportunity to visit again.
