I have the impression that many udon shops are closed on Wednesdays, so I was delighted to find this one open. Perhaps because of that, it was quite busy with many customers.Even though it was a very hot day, the staff showed great consideration for waiting customers by sprinkling water and providing parasols.Despite the large crowd, the turnover was quick, and I was able to enter sooner than I expected.This time, I enjoyed the Kamatama Udon. The noodles were chewy and incredibly delicious. At first, I thought the portion might be a bit small, but by the time I finished, I was completely satisfied. It's no surprise that this place is so popular!
