With an alcohol content of 18%, it’s quite strong, but it’s so delicious that you hardly notice it. This is a fresh sake.⚫︎ Isaki (Japanese grunt) and Uni (sea urchin) from Ehime Brand name: Donchicchi Aji (どんちっち鯵)The sudachi (citrus fruit) was delightful.⚫︎ Hairy crab from Abashiri and Sawara (Spanish mackerel) With sweet vinegar jellyI tried three limited editions from Aramasa. This was my first time trying it.
