I visited Riba Tei in Kannai based on a recommendation from a friend who loves yakitori. I was excited to try it, especially since they use Takasaka chicken.The fried chicken wings had a crispy skin and were juicy on the inside. With each bite, the rich flavor of the chicken came through, and the sauce clung perfectly to the wings. The tsukune (chicken meatballs) were served on skewers with green onions in between, and the contrast between the smoky aroma from the grilling and the fluffy texture of the tsukune was delightful.Given the quality and content of the dishes at this price point, I genuinely felt it was a great value. If it were closer to my home, I would definitely become a regular. They skillfully highlight the quality of Takasaka chicken, making this place a worthy recommendation from my friend.
