I finally had the long-awaited opportunity to visit the renowned Japanese restaurant, Seizan.As I took my seat, I was immediately captivated by the exquisite dishes presented before me, each showcasing meticulous craftsmanship and thoughtful attention to detail. I was overwhelmed by the sheer brilliance from start to finish.Among the highlights was the much-anticipated abalone udon. The rich and flavorful abalone sauce, paired with luxuriously fresh sea urchin and perfectly textured udon, created a harmonious blend in the bowl. The moment it touched my palate, the umami burst forth in an indescribably divine taste.Of course, the other dishes were equally impeccable. The appetizers were beautifully arranged in vibrant dishes, while the gentle dashi broth warmed my soul. The sashimi was incredibly fresh, and the flow of the meal was nothing short of spectacular. Additionally, the expertly grilled items showcased the ingredients' natural flavors, and the beautifully presented meat dish, along with the crispy and fragrant fried items, kept me in a delightful state of anticipation.After savoring the luxurious rice cooked to perfection in a clay pot, I enjoyed the final dessert, which was equally flawless.Throughout the meal, I was immersed in a wonderful sense of awe, and I made sure to secure my next reservation right there on the spot.
