I finally visited "malca," a place I had been curious about for a long time. Instead of a set course, I enjoyed the freedom of creating my own meal with the à la carte options, which was incredibly fun. Every dish I tried was perfectly suited to my taste.Each plate that arrived showcased meticulous preparation, allowing the deliciousness of the ingredients to shine through. The pasta and grilled dishes were exceptional, but the highlight was definitely the clam risotto. The rich umami of the clams combined with the perfectly cooked rice that absorbed the flavorful broth was exquisite. Even the dessert, which served as a delightful finale, was flawlessly delicious, leaving me completely satisfied from start to finish.Despite this outstanding level of satisfaction, the relaxed atmosphere makes it a great spot to drop by alone without feeling out of place. I definitely plan to return soon!
