It had been a while since my last visit to Yakitori Omino. This time, it seemed like the grill master had changed, and I noticed some inconsistency in the quality of the skewers. The salt-grilled chicken thigh was beautifully glazed with sauce, while the skin was crispy and fragrant with sansho pepper. The heart was refreshing with a squeeze of lemon, and the skewer with shiso leaf was aromatic and delightful. The variety of offerings remains enjoyable as ever. However, the timing of the grilling seemed a bit off, as each skewer had a slightly different finish compared to my previous experiences. That said, the foundational flavors are still excellent, and I would love to visit again when things settle down.
