I ordered the lunch course for JPY 7800.The amuse-bouche macaron was made with a concept of utilizing blood, symbolizing the idea of receiving life until the very end, and it was absolutely delicious.The course featured many refreshing dishes perfect for summer, which I appreciated. The main meat dish, although game, was surprisingly mild and easy to eat, making it very tasty. Additionally, the bread seemed to be homemade, and I took away a croissant and a wild boar sausage bread.I would love to visit again!
