I ordered the coarsely ground seiro soba, natto soba, and soba tea. Overall, I felt that the price and portion size didn’t quite match, but the food was delicious. The dipping sauce wasn’t too strong, yet it had a rich bonito aroma. The noodles had a firm texture and a hint of sweetness from the buckwheat. The natto soba was dominated by the natto, which had a strong presence. The nori was fragrant and tasty, and I think it would harmonize well with the natto when enjoyed together.
