Eragon (Ashiya City, Hyogo Prefecture) @eragon.ashiya The full course featuring Oshio chicken was amazing! This is one of my favorite restaurants. I added a final dish and 7 skewers to the course, and once again, it was the best day ever. I even got to chat with the chef and the charcoal artisan, it was truly fantastic. On that day, a Korean yakitori restaurant happened to be there, and we had a great time discussing yakitori and charcoal. I felt so happy! The newly upgraded grill brings out even more flavor than before, I wanted to eat more than the 15 skewers I had! Honestly, this place always heals both my stomach and my heart, no matter how many times I visit. Once again, I was moved by the chef's wonderful yakitori and dishes. Every time I come, it seems to get better and better—what's going on? It's amazing! It was the best experience. If it were closer, I would definitely go every month. I love it that much! And the cost performance is great too! I want to go again! No, I will go soon! I’ve already made a reservation, haha. Is anyone interested in joining me? Haha.
