I am at a loss for words.The food, service, and atmosphere are all perfect.The lunch offers great value for money.It's difficult to make a reservation, but I still want to come back.Every dish is wonderful, but I think the sauces are particularly outstanding.The specialty "Bubbly Salad" is truly exceptional.Then there's the Kinmedai (Golden Eye Snapper). The crispy skin offers a texture that you can't find anywhere else.You can change to a different meat for an additional charge, but the quality is satisfying enough without any changes.Drinks during the meal are, of course, extra, and even water and post-meal beverages come at an additional cost.P.S.The sweets sold at the register are also delicious.
