I started my meal today with my favorite octopus simmered in hojicha (roasted green tea). The chef's exceptional knife skills made the squid nigiri melt in my mouth, and I couldn't help but smile, thinking how glad I was to be here! I can hardly wait for my next visit. It seems they only allow one photo of sushi to be taken for foreign guests.
