A long-awaited visit to a prestigious French restaurant located in the heart of Ginza.First, I was guided to the lobby on the second basement level. True to its name "L'ecrin" (meaning "jewelry box"), I was overwhelmed by the space that felt like stepping into a treasure chest.Next, I moved to the dining area on the first basement level. Wrapped in champagne gold, the elegant atmosphere signaled the beginning of a blissful experience. This time, I decided to try the pairing for the first time. The course, themed "Imagination," delicately expressed the charm of the seasons and ingredients in each dish, leaving me in awe.- Eider Duck- Liver Pâté- Tokyo White Mold Cheese with Shodoshima Olive Oil- Sweet Shrimp with Meyer Lemon- Akkeshi Oysters with Finger Lime- Wakayama Prefecture White Sea Bream and Clams- Australian Lamb with Zucchini and Basil- Winter Aged Baron Potato with Nishio Matcha- Asparagus with Mango- Japanese Black TeaThe dish featuring Akkeshi oysters was particularly impressive. Not only was the flavor exquisite, but the presentation was so beautiful that it took my breath away. The harmony of the food, ambiance, service, and wine created a truly special moment. As a reward for my hard work, I will definitely return. It was an unforgettable day.It was a great meal.✨
