I visited Gessen, an amazing Chinese restaurant in Osaka, once again! Every time I come here, I'm truly impressed! The steamed fish, Kin'ki, was rich in flavor and perfectly seasoned! The Yurinchi (fried chicken with a special sauce) had a sauce made with Sichuan pepper and kiwi, creating a wonderful combination of fragrance, acidity, and sweetness! To finish off, the Crab and Egg Fried Rice was an indulgent treat! The Shrimp with Sichuan-style mayonnaise was also different from the usual, with a slightly spicy kick that was a unique experience! I’ll definitely call again and come back!
