This Italian restaurant is located on the basement floor of a building, just a 2-minute walk from Shintomicho Station. (Please be careful, as searching for the address on Google Maps may lead you to a different location.) Chef Tomoyuki Fujioka trained in Japan before working for four years as a pasta chef at the one-star restaurant Quattro Passi in Naples. He opened this establishment in 2023, and his cuisine has received high praise, earning a Michelin star in the Tokyo Guide for both 2025 and 2026.Wine pairing: JPY 13,200Everything was incredibly delicious. Although it’s an Italian restaurant, it has strong elements of Japanese cuisine, which I personally enjoyed. The appetizers, especially the horse mackerel with pistachios and white cucumber, as well as the squid and udo risotto, were so good that I wanted to have seconds.I’m really looking forward to my next visit!
