This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I was fortunate to secure a reservation.I felt a bit nervous since I had hardly ever tried a tempura course before. The atmosphere was quite calm, with a few solo diners scattered around. The staff, including the apprentices, provided attentive service, which I appreciated.Overall, the food was delicious.I was satisfied with the appetizers and other dishes beyond just the tempura.I enjoyed some unique ingredients like blue ginkgo nuts and fava bean fluff, which were fresh and delightful.I was surprised by the wide variety of drinks available. While many places offer a selection of Japanese sake, this restaurant also had an impressive range of glass wines, which was a pleasant surprise. If I have the chance, I will definitely visit again.
