The atmosphere here is reminiscent of the good old days, with a counter and two tables. It was my first experience watching the eel being grilled at the counter, and it was truly enjoyable. The chef's explanations were entertaining, making the wait time feel short. Tasting both wild and farmed eel was absolutely wonderful and left a lasting impression. The eel was grilled to perfection, and it was delicious.
