A popular restaurant frequented by celebrities and notable figures, reservations can be quite difficult to secure, so it's best to book early. This time, I was seated at a table in a private room. I heard that celebrities prefer to use private rooms instead of the counter. However, if you want to enjoy the live experience of meat being sliced, I recommend sitting at the counter. The atmosphere of having the meat cut and served right in front of you is fantastic. We started with a cold oxtail soup, followed by sashimi featuring beef tongue, sirloin, and tripe. Then, the grilled meat began—outside skirt, liver, and tripe. After that, we were served a superb beef stew, referred to as "nimono," with the option to choose between a baguette or rice. The staff's service was excellent, making this a truly wonderful restaurant.
