I have visited the main branch before, but this was my first time at es.To be honest, es was absolutely delicious. Every dish was flawless, and I felt that each one was impeccable. While the main branch is also tasty, I personally found es to be on a whole different level.Additionally, I appreciated the system where the number of skewers changes depending on the starting time, allowing for a customizable dining experience. Being able to adjust the amount based on my schedule and appetite is a great idea, and I think more places should adopt such a system in the future.
