It had been a while since my last visit.When I crave delicious Japanese cuisine, the price can be a concern. But don’t worry! That’s where Hisamatsu comes in.Of course, it’s not priced like a casual set meal restaurant, but for the quality of the dishes, the price (around JPY 6000) is astonishing!Almost all the dishes are homemade, with minimal use of seasonings. The rich flavor from the carefully prepared dashi broth left me completely satisfied.Even the little salt used is of exceptional quality.I learned that many ingredients come from Shikoku, where the owner is from.Even the dessert at the end was delightfully delicious."Delicate" doesn’t mean bland; the seasoning perfectly enhances the natural flavors of the ingredients.My companion, who loves sweet and savory flavors, was also very satisfied and never once complained about it being bland (they usually like to add soy sauce).If you’re looking for authentic Japanese cuisine, I highly recommend Hisamatsu!
