I visited SUGALABO V for the second time in my life. The last visit was so amazing that I brought a friend to celebrate their birthday this time.I had heard that it used to be completely by invitation only, but now you can make reservations through OMAKASE, making it a bit easier to visit than before. That said, there are still few seats, and the moment you step inside, the atmosphere feels truly special.Even though it’s now possible to make reservations, I’m really glad that the sense of exclusivity hasn’t diminished. The course for the day featured carefully selected ingredients from various regions of Japan, with the names of the producers listed on the menu. Moreover, before each dish is served, they introduce each ingredient right in front of you. It’s exciting to think, "Are we eating this today?!" and hearing the names of the producers really boosts the vibe, even if I don’t know who they are (laughs). In any case, you can really see the dedication to the ingredients. These little details are just wonderful.Of course, all the dishes were delicious, but more than that, it felt like an "experience" rather than just a meal. The timing of the dishes, the ambiance, the service—everything came together perfectly. The price isn’t exactly something you can casually recommend to others, but by the time you leave, the feeling of "I had an expensive meal" is overshadowed by "I created the best memories." So, I really think everyone should try to go, even if it’s a stretch.Plus, we even received a souvenir from the chef on our way out! There were adorable sweets in the café showcase that looked like Louis Vuitton, so I was able to gift my friend some new chocolates as well.I was completely satisfied with the food, the atmosphere, and the memories.Ultimate THANKS!
