I had been looking forward to visiting for a long time.【Visit Details】 Gault & Millau 2026: 3 Toques (15/20) Tabelog Silver 2026 Tabelog Chinese National Ranking: 5th (4.39)【What We Ordered】 We were a party of 7, and the organizer communicated our preferences to the restaurant in advance, allowing them to make adjustments. Towards the end of the meal, we assessed our appetites and added extra dishes, rice, noodles, and desserts. It felt like a mix of Omakase and à la carte. The dishes varied by table.What we enjoyed included: (6 Appetizers, 8 Main Dishes, 2 Small Bowls of White Rice, 3 Rice and Noodle Dishes, 2 Desserts)We indulged in a lot of food, along with several bottles of wine and Shaoxing wine, for a total of JPY 30,000.The seasoning was exceptional, from the appetizers to the desserts. Many dishes left a lasting impression, including sweet and sour pork, twice-cooked pork, mapo tofu, fried rice, and Cantonese-style crab yakisoba. It felt like the highest quality versions of familiar menu items.I was extremely satisfied. I would love to return if the opportunity arises.
