If you enjoy sushi with a strong vinegar flavor in the rice, this is a highly recommended restaurant. The interior has only 9 counter seats, allowing you to closely observe the chef skillfully preparing each piece of sushi, showcasing his dedication to the craft. The course begins with a few delicacies, followed by an array of sushi. There are no desserts like tamagoyaki or fruit; the meal concludes with sushi. While I felt a bit surprised that it ended so quickly, it allowed me to fully enjoy the sushi until the last bite. The quality of the ingredients was outstanding, with the highlights being the sweet shrimp, akagai (red clam), and uni (sea urchin). The sweet shrimp had a delightful bounce and natural sweetness, while the akagai had a great texture, releasing umami with each bite. The uni was rich and melted in the mouth, with no unpleasant odor, making it incredibly delicious. The rice has a distinct acidity, which may not suit everyone's taste, but I felt that this particular rice enhanced the flavors of the toppings.Although there are no desserts, this restaurant allows you to enjoy sushi as the main attraction until the very end, providing a high level of satisfaction.
