The interior has a calm atmosphere, making it a wonderful place to enjoy sushi without feeling too formal. Each piece of sushi showcases the perfect temperature and texture of the ingredients, reflecting the chef's meticulous craftsmanship.I particularly loved the size of the rice, which was just right and melted in my mouth. The balance of the vinegar's acidity and the sweetness of the fish was delightful, and the wasabi was incredibly flavorful, enhancing the umami of the ingredients. The anago (sea eel) was tender and fluffy, while the akagai (red clam) had a lovely aroma and texture, making a strong impression with its size. The hand rolls also felt luxurious, leaving me completely satisfied.I definitely want to return to this sushi restaurant in a different season.
