Since it was a weekend lunch, I made a reservation a month in advance! First of all, I must say that every single dish was absolutely amazing. I feel so lucky to have encountered such delicious Spanish cuisine! The six appetizers were each unique in flavor, texture, and taste, and with every bite, I found myself exclaiming, "Wow! This is incredibly delicious!" ✨ The following dish, the sea bream gazpacho, was a refreshing taste of summer, and the black sea bream dish (I forgot the name) was simply stunning when paired with bread. I was truly moved by it. Then came the grilled beef, perfectly seasoned and cooked, which paired wonderfully with the wine. The staff selected wines that complemented the dishes, sharing delightful stories each time, making for a blissful experience overall. ✨ Of course, the paella was also outstanding! The seafood flavors were so rich that I could eat it endlessly! I enjoyed the final dessert, the Pax cheesecake, just as much! ❣️ It was a great meal! I look forward to visiting again.
