As part of the Doyo no Ushi no Hi menu, I had the choice between liver soup or clear soup. I learned upon arrival that the restaurant usually opens at 11:00 AM, but on Doyo no Ushi no Hi, it opens at 10:00 AM. So, I waited in the shaded area in front of the restaurant, watching a downloaded drama on U-NEXT for an hour. The Unaju was delicious even without sansho pepper; it was truly exquisite. Doyo no Ushi no Hi turned out to be a fantastic day!
