I visited in June. The fluffy conger eel was so light that I could hardly feel the bones. The sweetfish was grilled over charcoal, and since they were small, I could enjoy them whole, from head to tail. The sweetfish presented on the plate looked like it was swimming in the dish. Each item was prepared with care, and paired with Japanese sake, it made the meal even more delicious. I will definitely come back.
